Practice tentatively set to start the week of November 11th - 

Below is our tentative practice schedule to get started, we will adjust as needed as we get to know the kids, their needs and experience levels. 

Note - Only approved USA Wrestling Coaches that have completed their background check and training will be allowed in the room.  Parents you are welcome to sit in the hall during practice or can drop your child off and return at the end of practice for pick up. 

Regular Practice
Tuesday and Thursday
6:15 pm-7:30 pm
at Cottage Grove High School (Bill Thompson Wrestling Room)

Advanced Practice 
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
at Lincoln Middle School



Athletes must purchase their USA Membership prior to entering the practice room.
