Practice starts November 6th - 

Below is our tentative practice schedule to get started, we will adjust as needed as we get to know the kids, their needs and experience levels. 

Note - Practice is a closed door practice, only approved USA Wrestling Coaches that have completed their background check and training will be allowed in the room.  Parents you are encouraged to drop your child off and return at the end of practice for pick up. 

Kindergarten - 4th Grade
Monday and Wednesday
6:15 pm-7:30 pm
at Cottage Grove High School (Bill Thompson Wrestling Room)

5th Grade and older
Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
5:45 pm - 7:15 pm
at Lincoln Middle School (wrestling room upstairs)


Athletes must purchase their USA Membership prior to entering the practice room. Please bring a photocopy or screenshot of card, you do not have to have the physical card.
